As Regional Sales Manager - Southern Europe (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our dealer network in a defined area and responsible for developing Crown’s presence together with this network.

Your added value for us

  • You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a dealer network in a defined territory
  • You will ensure that the dealers' targets are achieved and that the Crown market share is continuously expanded 
  • You will ensure that the dealers' product and portfolio knowledge is always up to date
  • You will support your dealers during customer visits and play a key role in customer care
  • You are in close contact with the Key Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and support our Key Accounts to expand into new markets 
  • You constantly follow Crown's marketing strategy and ensure that the customer journey is adhered to
  • You present your results to the management and highlight possible potentials 

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • You have a technical or commercial degree and have already gained some experience in a similar position?
  • You are characterized by an excellent customer and service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking?
  • You enjoy being in contact with customers and dealers and know how to develop long term relationships?
  • You enjoy travelling on a regular base and like to work international?
  • You speak English fluently and maybe other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, German etc.?
