We have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Representative to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for a customer interested in Crown Products, reaching out to them to discuss their requirements and arrange a further conversation with a specialist Sales Rep.
Day to day you will:
· Follow up leads, primarily by phone, both new, excising and returning companies.
· Take inbound calls and pick up live chat enquiries
· Schedule appointments for field sales reps and maintain regular contact with customers providing support information and following up on enquiries.
· You will grow and maintain the CRM system
· Conduct targeted telephone campaigns for product groups sharing new updates and features.
· Utilise LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to identify, research, and engage potential leads through targeted searches and personalised InMail outreach
· Conduct proactive cold calling within assigned geographic territories to generate new business opportunities and qualify potential leads.
The role will suit a friendly and engaging professional who enjoys conversation and finding effective solutions for clients. You’ll be results-oriented and enjoy working towards a target. Good attention to detail is a must, ensuring you maintain data competency to the highest standards.
You’ll enjoy building rapport with your sales reps, working collaboratively to hit company goals and exceed revenue targets.
To be considered you will need:
· A good telephone manner
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong administrative experience or transferable skills
· Be confident using Microsoft office – word, excel and outlook
