As International Accounts After Sales Manager (m/f/d) at Crown you act as a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring and strengthening our position as a trusted global partner.

Your role and responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international key accounts on all aftersales-related topics 
  • Ensure high service performance by effectively steering and coordinating dealers, branches, and internal teams 
  • Analyze fleet data to identify optimization opportunities and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) 
  • Conduct regular business reviews, audits, and performance reporting for customers 
  • Support the implementation of service programs and aftermarket initiatives 
  • Perform extensive travel to engage directly with customers and support on-site activities 

Teamwork and Collaboration 

  • Promote a collaborative team environment by actively sharing information with all relevant stakeholders 
  • Coordinate closely with Crown branches, service network, Dealer Operations, and other internal departments 
  • Ensure alignment and effective cooperation to both acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
