As Health & Safety Manager EMEA (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and industry standards across all Crown non‑manufacturing locations throughout the EMEA region.

Your role and responsibilities
- Provide EHS leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise for all non‑manufacturing locations across the EMEA region
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, procedures, training, and standards in compliance with legal and corporate requirements
- Ensure EHS compliance relating to hazardous and non‑hazardous waste, hazardous materials, ergonomics, and environmental protection
- Lead incident prevention and investigation processes, monitor safety performance, conduct audits, and report key EHS metrics to management
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, compliance, engineering, facilities, and executive management to support EHS objectives
- Drive strategic EHS initiatives, manage department budgets, proactively identify risks, and support continuous improvement and an incident‑free culture

- Background: Do you hold a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, EHS Law, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of relevant professional experience?
- Skills: Do you have a strong understanding of EMEA health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations, and know how to apply them effectively in industrial environments?
