To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant (m/f/d) for the regions of Prague, Pilsen and Karlovy Vary.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Prepare customer proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with service teams, internal sales colleagues and technical specialists.
- Develop and grow your own sales territory.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
- Interest in technical products and industrial solutions.
- Professional approach to B2B sales.
- English language skills (B2 level).
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
What We Offer
Compensation
- Fixed salary: CZK 55,000 per month
- On-target earnings: CZK 55,000-110,000 per month
- Monthly commission and bonus scheme

Your Start at Crown
During your first six months, you will receive a guaranteed 20% increase on top of your fixed salary while completing your onboarding and training programme. Alternatively, you may choose to participate in the commission model immediately.
You will be given your own sales territory and the opportunity to build long-term customer partnerships while representing one of the most respected brands in the industry.
